While not a full accounts package, we use WHMCS as it manages invoicing, taking payments from multiple gateways, automated email chasers, support desk, knowledge base, multiple currencies, shopping cart and allows client access. We do subscriptions and although this software was originally designed for hosting companies (we just ignore that part), it works great. At £10 a month unlimited users, great for everything except doing the expense part of the equation.

I really liked your posts and reviews of online accounting software applications. We are an emerging online software provider that has not yet implemented a lot of the features you were looking for but your reviews gave us a good idea on what kind of features we should consider implementing. As a software provider, I admit that it is hard to meet the needs of everyone who has ever submitted a feature request. There simply isn't a one size fit all solution out there. I have heard of some larger companies simply building their own internal accounting system knowing that it has every feature they need. I wish you the best of luck in finding the perfect solution(s) for your business.
